Les #parkrun existent depuis fin 2017 en Allemagne. Voici la carte de tous les lieux. En vert et en bleu sont les lieux déjà existants, en orange sont ceux qui sont en cours de création, l'ouverture ne devrait plus trop tarder et en rouge sont ceux qui en sont au tout début des démarches. C'est épatant de voir comment le pays a adopté cet événement. En France seuls 8 ont été crées, et ils sont en pause pour le moment à cause du problème des certificats médicaux.

I was the marshal (aka Lady of the Lake)/photographer this morning at our 102nd #parkrun in #riemerpark. We had 54 participants and 10 PB in very windy conditions!
I love taking photos, especially when one of our runners decides to jump in front of my camera 😆

This morning was our #Parkrun #98 in #Riemerpark in #Munich.
40 participants ran or walked.
Our "Lord of the Lake" (also known as a Marshal) was ready to cheer the participants and show them the right direction. And to close the route, the Tailwalker along with the Parkwalker and one participant were walking while enjoying a nice talk.

Je suis allée courir (5km) dans ma campagne de #Munich :) le brouillard est arrivé entre temps. Depuis plusieurs sorties j'ai une douleur musculaire près du tibia côté externe de la jambe droite qui me force à alterner course et marche. Je n'ai pas mal en dehors des périodes de course à pied. Si quelqu'un sait comment gérer ça, je suis preneuse :)
