The results of this year's #BugsMatter Citizen Science Survey, led by Kent Wildlife Trust and Buglife, have been revealed and show a 64% decline in insect numbers sampled on vehicle number plates between 2004 and 2022 across the UK.

This news comes as world leaders meet to discuss the global declines in biodiversity at #COP15, and is yet more evidence of the need for urgent action to reverse the declines in our biodiversity.
