I've been wanting to try Lions & Tigers & Squares, a NewYorkified take on #Detroitpizza where pies about the size of a 4-square at Buddy's are mass produced then reheated to order.
I had a slice (two squares) with whole green olives & garlic cloves. Sturdy enough for dinner. Great sauce & blend of Wisconsin brick & pecorino.
The Achilles' heel was the outer crust. In Detroit & NEPA styles, it should be fried to a crisp. It was, but got soggy in the pan, waiting for a reheat.

@annaleen @charliejane By "Detroit-style," do you mean rectangular, with a frico edge, crispy bottom, and brick cheese, made in the right kind of rectangular pan? Or is it just thick crust?
(Mmm, Detroit pizza. Now I want some Buddy's.)
