#FullMoonArt this month is another addition to the astrology shelf I'm putting together. I've been adding little trinkets that represent various placements in my chart. This cross-stitch is for my Scorpio rising.

It took me the whole moon to finish this beaded lace crochet runner. I'm going to put it on the bookshelf which holds all of my astrology books.

This week I made a Cheshire cat bed for my kitties out of a seat cushion and repurposed yarn from an old ugly sweater.
My personal practice on the Full Moon is using that full energy to feed my mind, body, and spirit. I've done this for the past few years, and I adjust it according to the day/season, but the best part is that I feel filled, alive, like topping off for the next month.
For the mind, I try to learn something about my gods, I might read a research paper or memorize an epithet.
For the body, I will go for a walk outside, weather permitting, or make a nice meal.
For the spirit, I do art. Either a small, one day project, or I finish up a larger project. Check out my hashtag #FullMoonArt to see them.
For this month's #FullMoonArt, I crocheted a little pouch for my tarot deck.

This is an older filet crochet piece that I did years ago. It was worn and stained, so today I freshened it up with a border and dyed it gold using turmeric.
I think it will make a good addition to the altar for the upcoming solar holidays.
For my Full Moon art this lovely Leo Moon, I've finished the most recent panel on my temperature blanket, which is an ongoing project that will span a decade.
It's seasonal, so it goes from Samhain to Samhain, the years are stitched sitting on the row for January 1st, each row represents the day's high temperature in my little part of the forest.

For my #FullMoonArt this month, I crocheted a falcon wing to decorate my Frigg altar.
I often worship her during this time of year. Perhaps because the coldest months are when I do most of my fiber art, when Frigg's distaff (Orion's belt) can be seen in the southern night sky.

Today I made this little crochet bauble ornament for my #FullMoonArt
I think "Yule friđ" is a cute #NorsePagan alternative for "Noel"
