Sprinkle in some #intermittentfasting and life is golden.

But, have mercy-- acute care is so busy putting out fires while short staffed because medical people are leaving --they cannot also attend to longterm #PublicHealth issues

I had post COVID insomnia, which I didn't know existed until I read about it in medical journals.
Hyperbaric O2 for 8 weeks was successful.
It was me and several big PTSD vets being slid into transparent plastic tubes for an hour .
Not paid for by insurance.
And
It worked.
