I’m a cultural historian at UEA & specialize in #earlymodern #maritime #colonial #travelwriting (ranging from #pirates thru #Hakluyt to #shipwreck).

I will spend the next few years working on #gloucesterwreck & a new edition of Hakluyt's Principal Navigations.
