J'ai été moins séduit par cet opus que par le précédent, peut-être parce que j'y ai joué sur PS4. Je n'ai donc pas profité de l'ensemble des améliorations graphiques du jeu. L'écriture, en revanche, est toujours exemplaire et le gameplay est très soigné.

I am starting #HorizonForbiddenWest, after loving #HorizonZeroDawn on #PS4, completing it twice and getting the platinum. I can't help being annoyed though by the nonsense ways in which the game creates puzzles. In many cases it is clear that in that world, Aloy should be more than capable of jumping or climbing obvious obstacles, but this game just decides she can't and has you do something else.

I know many games have this problem, but this specific game has me particularly annoyed. Did anybody else get the same feeling?

I’ve just finished #HorizonForbiddenWest and it’s #burningshores DLC last night. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Decided to install my next game which is #DarkPicturesAnthologyTheDevilInMe Dark Pictures: The Devil In Me, a game series which mostly involves linear exploration, QTE’s and cinematic cutscenes but which is a nice change of pace. I installed it, went to watch the opening cinematic and it asked to download an update first. 22Gb with a 2 hour wait. I went to bed instead.

Are the games even on the fecking disk these days?

Beim Realfoto gab es dann eher zu viel Auswahl. "Phoenix" ist der Name meines Autos, das ich zum Camper und Messebegleiter umgebaut habe. 🥰

I waited a few weeks after release, before starting Tears of the Kingdom, completing Horizon Zero Dawn and Forbidden West on the PS5 first. Interesting to compare.

#TotK is a hell of a game, and I haven’t completed the main story yet. Nintendo’s attention to detail and inventiveness is amazing. While #HorizonForbiddenWest is great fun, it can get samey quite quickly. But the visuals, and Horizon’s all-too-relatable story of climate and technological breakdown have more emotional impact.

I like this. Lance Reddick's perfomances in both Horizon games (as well as in Destiny 2) were absolutely top drawer #HorizonZeroDawn #HorizonForbiddenWest #Destiny2 #VideoGames
