(1) I wish someone could concoct a decent reimagining of It's a Wonderful Life minus the overt sexism of the era, minus the Baileys' employment of a black woman maid ("mammy" stereotype) who's portrayed as being totally cool with being casually sexually harassed by their teenage sons (??) & some other unreasonable unnecessary bits here & there. I've always liked it, apart from its obvious flaws.

Hey guys, I just played my first "adult" video game today! It's called #DokiDokiLiteratureClub. #Plus! I was surprised how much time I sucked into it. It's a beautiful game that become glitchy, uncanny, and macabre as time goes on. It's kind of like #ItsAWonderfulLife or #GroundhogDay with the alternative universe timeloop concept. I'm a big apprehensive baby with M-rated games but I like it so far.

Back from watching a new 4k pressing of #ItsAWonderfulLife by Capra in the cinema. First time watching a film at #Everyman in #Cardiff - OMG I don't think I can go to a regular cinema again!!

What's not to like? Sofa or armchair style seating, food and drink service to your seats and fantastic service from beginning to end.

If you've never seen It's a Wonderful life then please go to the cinema to watch it. You won't be sorry.
