Does medication help with emotional dysregulation?

Getting pretty tired of being pissed off at the tiniest things and being miserable most of the time.

Have been consistently taking Omega-3, L-Tyrosine and Lion's Mane every day for about a week and I really think it's working. I seem to have much more of an ability to actually do stuff.

I still spent most of yesterday paralysed on the sofa so it's swings and roundabouts, but it's helped me get more work done, which is nice.

Now to decide whether I want Methylphenidate or Lisdexamfetamine on top...

If you ever need to explain to someone in IT how meds work on your brain, try this:

My brain without meds works like a Linux system with every process running in Ring 0, possibly reacting to every SIG, spawning and intermittently doing busy-wait on all cores.
And yes, /dev/random shares memory with /dev/audio.

ADHD meds are a Hypervisor.

Are there any adults on / / for that have noticed it not been as effective over months? I've been on 70mg/day for nearly 9 months and over the last 1-2 have noticed it not being as good but still stopping me sleeping at night (on the flipside, if I take it with breakfast and a cup of caffeinated coffee I can usually be asleep the same hour!)
