So, later this morning, after I was woken up, and having first coffee's.. gNibbles was giving me the stare, and looking over at the couch a bit where #MrsNose used to sit. - And yea, gNibbles. I miss her too.

Went online to order Pizza last night, and it really bummed me out to see #MrsNose's favorites listed.
I worked Almost 60 hrs last week, exhausted until today. The pizza thing was kind of a sucker punch.

The difference now, is that I'm not as broke as I once was, so I can do things like purchase a huge monitor, without financial pain.

But, I'd go back to driving a rust bucket and being broke again if it was with #MrsNose

It'll be 4 months tomorrow since #MrsNose passed away. - I still miss her very, very much. I got teared up when I was dropping things off at Good Will (Didn't see that coming earlier).

I'm finding myself reverting back to doing things much like I did before we got together, and I guess that's normal...

Well, the medicine cabinet the dresser and the closet are definitely hot spots. Doing better this week compared to last week I think. Using less tissues is one metric I suppose I could use.

Sometimes it's just the cat looking at me, making her silly "Huffing" noises that it's painfully obvious that "the momma" isn't going to be home to share in the cats crazy actions.

Good morning all.

I think I've hit an emotional wall with all the grief. Yesterday afternoon /last night I was just so exhausted from it all. I'm tired of the exhaustion and grief. On a scale of 1 to 10 I was sitting at about 11 or 12 on the grief meter. I think I've come down to a 7 or 8. #MrsNose

I'll be working on making new habits and patterns with the new job come tomorrow. Looking forward to the new job.

Last weekend I joined in with a big family dinner at local restaurant with the in-laws. One of her sisters scent must have remind the cat of Janet.
gNibbles stood at the door of the garage waiting for Janet to come in after I came home. She hasn't done that for months.

I don't know if it's because I'm home this morning andi am normally not, but nibbles has been pretty chatty this morning with me. I wish I knew what she was saying.

OK... So. #MrsNose is in a nursing home. She was moved there about a week ago. She doesn't recall the previous hospitals. But she is doing better.

She's still got a Trach, and it's not setup to allow her to speak. I guess there's different setups for it.

Still a lot going on, tho'. - She wants to come home NOW, but that's not for the best.

Just finished scanning stuff via Xsane... Stuff that has to go to Soc Security office for #MrsNose . (Yea for the freshly minted PDF!)

Sigh...

We went on a 30 min drive to Culvers for a bite. I usually take a roundabout route on the way home, as she doesn't get out of the house, so the trip home takes a bit longer, as we're not in any hurry. Saw lots of pumpkins for sale.

Me. - I could spend the whole weekend away from a steering wheel. But I feel so bad for her.

So. #MrsNose went to the Neurologist today. He's thinking that she's suffered a small stroke. - But it will require more testing.

She's a bit bummed with the information. Me, I'm feeling a little relieved as its some kind of diagnosis after 6 weeks of waiting to hear something from one of the doctors. I feel rather hopeful that it's something that she'll be able to work through.

Went to a Physical Therapist this week, and the issue doesn't seem to be the inner ear.

Still no appointment for Occupational Medicine (Disability doctor), waiting on that call. Still waiting for the Neurologist appointment next month.

So. No changes.

It really kills me to see how hard it is for her to get along. 😿 She was trying to dust the house when I got home yesterday. She wants to be productive and useful, but can't.

Got the Pi's and the Bird Cams setup on the "TV"... #MrsNose enjoys watching them, and watching the cat watch them...
But now it's time to go fix breakfast. 🥓 🍳

So.... And update. - #MrsNose is not doing any better, but she has yet to make it to a couple more DR visits to perhaps get some insight as to what's wrong. - Still no answers.

With that in mind, she's also got an appt with Occupational Health peoples, to put her on disability. And that sadly might cement the fact that they don't have a clue on to what's going wrong.

So.... If I'm scarce around here, you know why.

#update on us. MrsNose is still not feeling right.her head spins. She has a hard time walking, and feeling steady. I took Thursday off to go to the Dr with her. (Got a Substitute Dr.) - Long story short. The Dr gave her Flonase to help with the dizziness. It's not working. So yet another $60 put out for something that doesn't work.
Yes, we would rather #MrsNose was better and could work.
We are both at the point that perhaps Disability is an option to look at.
