But in small doses it appears to be an effective antiviral for respiratory viruses. So for me personally, I might use it for a special high risk situation as part of a layered approach.

2️⃣ disable host entry point (nasal ACE2 receptors). eg. Cold Atmospheric Plasma ions.
3️⃣ boost nasal mucosal antibodies (secretary IgA) with nasal administered vaccines.

In #Thailand, a new #NasalSpray has been developed, called Vaill #Covitrap, which contains human IgG1 #antibodies against SARS-CoV-2.

but I've heard it was quickly sold out.
