In #Oulu, the main bike path maintenance contractor's potential bonuses depend on user satisfaction levels. There are over 150 voluntary anonymous agents observing & reporting maintenance quality of the bike paths. But today they managed to spot one of them 🦉

Well over 2000 ppl on bikes at this counter yesteray already at 8pm. But how about today? Today we unfortunately have again a serious thaw (+5C, lots of rain and strong winds) here. My guess is that the numbers will go down, but by how much? Hopefully I'll have the change to check later in the evening.
