I've been really enjoying calesthenics ever since lockdown. Here's a recent pb for handstand - 11 seconds. That was about a month ago. My typical daily best is usually more like 8 seconds.

I have finally progressed in my measly attempt at strength training to complete 3 full sets of my (relatively remedial) workout.
I am exhausted and coated with sweat, and I think my arms might be about to fall off, but I did 3 full sets!
Back to cardio tomorrow. Hopefully, it's sunny so I can ride outside instead of doing another indoor session. Hoping to get past 35 km/hr on my next 40-minute ride!
