Finished watching #WhoIsErinCarter last night and thought it was good. Any recommendations on similar shows? I watched #PiecesOfHer a while back and liked that too.

Started watching #WhoIsErinCarter last night and it’s giving #PiecesOfHer vibes.

A book recommendation (it's been a while since the last one).

I loved this. It's a thriller involving a lawyer, but not a courtroom drama a la Grisham. The lead characters are women with all kinds of demons, it's fast-paced, very dark (and violent), and there are many twists, some of which I predicted, some I didn't.

Highly recommended.

It's the second Karin Slaughter novel I've read. The other one, #PiecesOfHer, was good but this one really grabbed me.

I don’t binge-watch shows. I like to pace them and watch one episode per day or per week. So, after weeks, I’m finally finishing #PiecesOfHer, I really couldn’t get that invested into this show, so, I almost stopped watching it half way through. The daughter annoyed the hell out of me for being so stupid and not listening to her mum. And the finale was so meh. So glad this is over.
