Okay do I have to give up on using #Pinafore, at least until the currently-loaded posts are uncached? My newly-added filters apply fine in the web interface but posts with the filtered words keep showing up in Pinafore, and it's making things unusable for me.

Using #Pinafore seems to be a nice solution for staying logged into two accounts on the same instance! The admin account gets the web interface where I have access to the admin features, while this account mostly just needs access to posting and media features. It's a nice, clean interface, too.
