Got out on the water last night. Haven't been out as much this summer as I'd like (#cycling has been my priority), but we've got an #Adirondacks vacation coming up and need to get some miles in our arms instead of our legs. It was a rocky return on the #SchuylkillRiver as the river went down on our return – I'll never get used to having to worry about having enough water, but that's a constant Pennsylvania problem.

On my #BikeRide yesterday, this pair was hanging out on the #Manayunk bridge, just chillin' and handing out dog treats, some water, and sticks.

Valley Forge National Park was busy, one idiot was extremely uncool, but we did get in a solid hour and a half with the #SchuylkillRiver mostly to ourselves.
