We would also like to stress that we will try to avoid centralized platforms as much as reasonably possible. In particular, the r/shufflecake #reddit is an unofficial community and not affiliated with #Shufflecake .
🗨️ JABBER / XMPP SUPPORT CHATROOM! 🗨️ We have opened an official chatroom where you can get in touch with us, the community, and ask questions or discussion on #Shufflecake , #plausibledeniability , #cryptography , #security and #cypherpunk stuff. We opted for a MUC (multi-user chat) on #jabber #xmpp on the draugr.de instance, one of the oldest and most battle-tested out there. We prefer this old-timer, standardized, secure, still privacy-king IM protocol over more modern alternatives. Join us!

💥 NEW RELEASE (minor revision) 💥 #Shufflecake v0.4.1 is a minor revision for Shufflecake v0.4.0. It fixes some mistakes in the documentation (mainly a wrong schematic drawing for the Shufflecake header) and adds some improvements to the benchmarking suite.
We are now ready to present our work at #defcon as a tool that can really be tested hands-on by privacy advocates and nerds. There is still a lot of work to do, but this is really something you can play with. We are not planning of adding other big changes until after DEF CON but there is other BIG news coming soon regarding a proper "academic" paper of #Shufflecake. Stay tuned!
💥 NEW RELEASE (HOTFIX) 💥 #Shufflecake v0.3.1 is a hotfix for Shufflecake v0.3.0. It includes minor tweaks to docs and testing, but most importantly it fixes a bug where parameters for the Argon2id KDF were chosen too high for most non-recent machines, resulting in unacceptably slow opening time. Unfortunately this breaks header format compatibility with v0.3.0, so please treat v0.3.0 as bugged.
Officer, here is my first toot, I swear I have no other public channels to communicate news, software releases and service information about #shufflecake
OK, OK, maybe that was not entirely correct, in fact you should refer to the official website https://shufflecake.net/ and its RSS feed as well. But I swear there is nothing more!
