I live near the NYPD TEA training spot. Every other day a group of TEA trainees gets led around my block to practice issuing tickets. Every single day they ignore the vehicles parked on the sidewalk in front of two businesses.
It’s like they’re instructed from Day One that #sidewalkparking can be ignored. Total corruption.

lol, people still believe #NYPD is anything but a criminal #gang. People are responding with "report it to the precinct"! 😂
