@Fredatron Thank-you for sharing this, I feel the same way so often but we are all so good at hiding it.
The way you describe hesitating at the door of the pub, I have felt that way and only wish I’d known that others did too.
And the ‘I haven’t been to any work-do’s or parties all year, I HAVE to go to this one’ and being really uncomfortable and wishing you weren’t there…💗
