@heidihelfand Not really. As you said, constant fluctuation makes me wonder whether "the same" #team does even exist, 2 months from now.

I find it more useful to work with an overall direction (best #hopes; images of a preferred #future) when #coaching - rather than to speculate about "inner states" of teams or individuals. So far, I found #SolutionFocus (SF; origins in brief therapy) the most helpful approach here. It supports working in complex domains well (in the #Cynefin sense).

Watch #RoyMarriott and #JudyRees, two experienced #coaches, taking turns in #coaching an individual.

This means a flip between #SolutionFocus and #CleanLanguage questions. Also, the final debrief promises to be extremely interesting, given their plans to use cutting edge #facilitation activities.
