I had also been hit by the Huy Fong Foods #sriracha shortage myself and I was desperate enough to try the Tabasco alternative (Tabasco is great, their Sriracha isn't).

The #srirachashortage is real - haven’t seen a store of any stripe with supplies on the shelf for what feels like a couple months now. I even took a tentative punt on the Kroger knock-off “sriracha”. It was *something* (just barely), but sriracha - green capped, rooster-adorned reality - it most assuredly was NOT!
