But my research also includes a lot of #c19 mass culture, #politicaleconomy & #mediastudies, & I teach across disciplines. I love talking books, TV, film, music, standup, & periodicals, but also the economic systems in which these are embedded. I host an academic podcast, #TheAmericanVandal, which gives me frequent opportunities for these kinds of convos.
