Look at Stevie's hard stare. Seconds before he was about 5ft. from her & hissing. I let this go on for about a minute and then encouraged Betty to give him some space. Five full days #sober from herb later ... I've been sleeping a lot, but otherwise so far so good. I have a couple of soft tissue injuries (lumbar disc, meniscus) that are starting to act up, but forcing myself to double down on the PT exercises and hydration usually helps. #TheJourney #health #wellness
