I would like to get a Trespasser packpatch for my upcoming new battlejacket but there aren't any, so I'm considering to paint my own. What kind of markers would work the best to paint on black fabric? Should be waterproof and durable. I haven't yet decided on a motive but it's likely being painted in one color only, two at most.

Also, any hints on how to get the outline on the fabric? I used to trace from a screen in similar projects, but that has always been white fabric. I don't have access to a projector of any kind.
