@scottsews I’ve been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and am doing the #Walk1000Miles It’s only 2.74 miles a day & has really helped with the blood results. Take care of yourself, whatever works.

One of my hobbies and stay healthy activities is walking so I'm going to share updates here on that. In the past I walked 1000 miles over a year. I now plan to reach 1500 and maybe even 2000. I'm also trying to move to a more plant based diet. #walk #Walk1000Miles #health #plantbased

#walk1000miles Started walk1000 again. Since I did 1000 a few years back hoping to reach 1500 or 2000 this year to add to my total. Lost some data due to an app crash, but this is a start. 😀

I was planning on doing #walk1000miles for 2023. Then I thought it was easily attainable, so upped it to 1500.

So, I signed up yesterday in preparation for the first of January. Only then did I find out that you cannot set it up for a date in the future, only the day you signed up or a backdated date. So I am now doing #walk1500miles over 365 days, encompassing 2022/2023.
