Together with Christoph Schubert #UniHalle I had the chance to present our paper on the #academization of #publicPolicy degrees in Germany at the annual (online) #SRHE conference. The core question behind the paper is how do new degree programs create adequate job positions. The answer is a mixture of re-defining and reinterpreting existing positions and integrating advanced latecomer into an employment field that has been paved by others.
