@benschulz After your talk on beer/wine glycoproteomics at #AGSWarren I couldn't help but wonder if similar investigations could be done in coffee given the speciality coffee industry is similarly interested in understanding varietal differences.
As we've heard this weekend, plant glycans are very complex in form, function and variety; I imagine this complexity could make for a very exciting investigation.
I'd be interested to hear your thoughts?

Great Glycobioinfomatics talks at #AGSWarren today.
Especially excited by Dr Kiyoko Aoki-Kinoshita's talk implemeting sematic web techniques into GlyCosmos to associate and unify different data sources. Incredible how much the team Soko University is doing for the accessibility of glyco/proteomics data.
For me it really reinforces my belief in the power of community-driven, community developed, open source tools. When collaboration is our driving motivation, amazing things are possible.
