I'm scared of overcommitting and under-delivering. It goes against my sense of personal integrity and sticking to my word. I much prefer slightly under-committing and a bit of over-delivering. But I feel like most of the NTs around me overcommit/underdeliver regularly without an issue & see my hesitancy to do the same as negative. 😬

One thing I'm really struggling with is how much I care to do a good job at work. It's usually seen as a strength that I take ownership & responsibility for the things I take on, but lately I must ask myself "If noone else cares this much, why do I?".
