My #MorningRun today was really hard. Legs felt like complete shit and I wanted to go home when I hit the first hill. Still managed to grind out an hour and a half of #trailrunning (and a bit of walking), so I guess it was good training for my upcoming #BackyardUltra.

Chamelia’s loop times were remarkably consistent and never dropped slower than 46:45. Chor Kin was the only other who had completed lap times consistently under 50mins.
