Later some flexibility work and my 100 kicks for the day.

As I work from home, I really should capitalise. I get an hour for lunch & the odd 15 minute break here and there is more than achievable. This time could be used to practice my #baguazhang or similar self-improvement.

Motivation is hard to find, though. Therefore, I tend to do the bare minimum. I blame my #phenylketonuria ( #pku ). Not only is it a guaranteed win in games of hangman, but it's also a disorder I was born with - without a v strict diet, it can affect executive function.
