So curious, I am trying out baseline profiles on my day job app but it is making it slower ... !... not quicker. That and the gradle managed device aosp image fails the test because it wants to be rooted. Also not trivial to figure out which lib versions to use. I hope I'm just doing something silly. I'll report back when I find out more. #baselineprofiles #madskills anyone know of any foot guns? I am testing on an actual device.

I've got issues with setting up baseline profiles.
As I understand - I don't need root if I use managedDevices with "aosp" set as systemImageSource. I get this error. I tried many things.
Something missing in gradle? I checked official samples - I found no solution.
