Sí, coincido con que hay gente que es un poco reacia a las empresas. Y lo veo lógico, pero como dices, hay empresas y empresas. Yo siempre intento apoyar a las #cooperativas y al pequeño comercio, o a las #bcorporation. Me gusta mucho esta representación.

Básicamente quiero a todas las organizaciones de la izquierda de la tabla en el Fediverso. Dónde trazar la línea es cosa de cada cual.

But here is the thing: Every company is a #social institution. Every company in the world!
(I think due to this, the idea of #BCorp is quite ridiculous, or treacherous, in fact.)
Because, again, every organization is a social institution, by "creating value for humans through humans, with humans."

But in order to grasp this reality, we must understand that happiness at work cannot be produced, directly.
