Great improvement of Tel Aviv's ⁦‪#Bograshov‬⁩ street. Cars can still pass through but in recent years cyclists got a safe cycle lane as well.

For decades Dizengoff Square showed that elevated pedestrian zones don't work. It looks okay on the 2013 photo but it wasn't cause it was isolated from the area around, from the buildings. Now people enjoy hanging out there again.
