Leonhardt is reporting testimony as fact, tagging on at the end of his "factual" report a statement that he's citing testimony.

So naturally he goes on to claim that the Hunter Biden story is important, because no less than his journalistic colleage Luke Broadwater says it's important.

This is shoddy journalism, a poor excuse for journalism, and all designed to give legs to a story that honest people know has little substance.
