I have been experimenting with Challah. Each time I make it it’s been the same recipe but I’ve swapped out the oil for a different kind. This time its coconut oil, and 1/3 is sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, 1/3 is just sugar, and the last 1/3 is plain.

Experimented with making bread this week. These are my first two attempts at making enriched bread. The size difference between the first one (covered in sesame seeds) and the second one is ridiculous.
