Turns out it’s not a Star Destroyer but an Imperial Light Cruiser from The Mandalorian. It was built by two builders for Brickvention in Melbourne with 14 months of preparation.
According to @jayong28 on Instagram this is a mini fig scale model measuring 7 meters long and 3 meters wide, made from 800,000 pieces. He has a walk around video of this model on his IG account https://www.instagram.com/reel/CnrKFdZpSJE/
