Grovels about his "high-minded idealism" while not saying a word about his segregationist policies, love of the KKK, prosecution of war critics, or dishonestly dragging the US into WWI after promising to stay out. Britannica is coasting on its past reputation as a reliable information source.

In my defence, I have contributed to Wikipedia many times over the years, editing articles and even starting one one, like the fediverse article.
Just as a contrast, in 2012 Stephen J. Dubner paid $1600 for a set of the last printed encyclopaedia that Britannica produced:
