Did you know that using AI to create relevant keywords and topics can give us #BusinessAnalysts a quick leg-up? I recently started using #ChatGPT and, while I wouldn’t say I'm blown away by the results, I am seriously impressed 💻

I can give ChatGPT a prompt and it returns a list of keywords that I can use as a starting point. I asked “Suggest 10 keywords that apply to a site owner, their employees, and ensuring that employees on site have appropriate credentials”.
