Having a healthy balance of emotional intelligence means leaders knowing when to display all emotion, including confusion, anger + frustration.

Leaders who are empathetic, have good interpersonal skills and who are socially responsible will definitely help drive change. As well as, when both leaders + EEs are flexible. Meaning they can adapt their emotions, thoughts + behaviors to changing situations + new information.
