The pic shows the St. Martin Church in Cochem. It is one of the best-preserved architectural marvels in this famous german town. The Alte Chor is the oldest part of the church, dating back to the 15th Century. The beautiful building was almost completely destroyed in 1945, but the old choir survived.

Wheel window above the entrance to St Silas Church in the west end of Glasgow.
This church was designed by the architect John Honeyman in 1864, and this wheel window, facing towards the neighbouring Kelvingrove Park is one of its most distinctive features.

Metropolitan Cathedral of St Andrews on Clyde Street in Glasgow. Built in the Gothic Revival Style and opened in 1816, it is now surrounded by more modern (and less impressive) buildings.
