For #thanksgiving this year I was advised to #smoke the #turkey. After a two day thaw in #brine the nominees were dried, lightly coated in #clamonaise (to help dry rub stick), seasoned, then put on the pellet smoker. First one just finished #cooking; other one still has a bit longer to reach temperature.
