One of my favorite out of date technologies is the MP3 player. I have an iPod classic from 20 years ago, and a simple speaker and I use it every day. So good.

The other one I love is the Alphasmart Neo. I bought a second one just in case they get harder to get or mine breaks.

why am I doing it: well I would like to remove myself from walet gardens ie cloud. I use apple music to discover music and then buy it on band camp. Music is important part of my life and I hate that most streaming providers only cache maybe 100 songs you likely to listen too. they have to do it to minimise the cost and I know it from my work experience. That means you will discover less of your own music and more of the music they cache. So yeah. #music #ipod #classictech #retro
