Halfway decent. Best issue so far.

1️⃣ The villain #Kickback narrates this issue, as he reflects on his choices and tries to save #DakotaNorth from his partners, #Nitro and #Tombstone.

2️⃣ This chapter is more coherent than previous ones. Several of the characters are interesting. The weakest part is when we cut away from Kickback (and the action) to see what Analisa Medina is doing back at the newspaper. Yawn.
