I have to lose my excellent because my only other full time employee already has insurance through her husband’s employer. With my current plan, I have a $500 and $2,000 annual max. The only plans I have to choose from as an individual are all more expensive than my current plan, the lowest deductible is $1,250, and the lowest OOP max is $9,100.

Why the fuck isn’t my current plan available for me to pay for as an individual??!!

Anyone want to $800 to my ?

I can't get my because of my . Once the deductible is paid, my med will only be $25 a month. But no meds for me until I pay the deductible.

The deductible is $2500, but $800 will get me a month of meds.

I'll figure out next month when it comes.

When people come to me for assistance with disability-related claims, I ask them to pull all their employment-related plans as well as all their life, health, disability policies. Benefits are often tucked away in obscure places. As we close in on year's end, here are some tips for maximizing benefits:

1. If you’ve reached your health plan’s , you may be able to capitalize on that fact.
