#Richmond is so over-policed it's insane. Today I saw six cop cars and four with their lights on pulling people over. Denver PD is bad, probably worse, but just going by the numbers, they are a smaller force relative to the population the occupy.

The ratio of people to cops in Denver is around 467/1

Meanwhile the ratio of people to pigs in Richmond is 293/1

Essentially, Richmond is three times smaller than Denver, but #RVA's police force is only half of Denver's. Now, these just happen to be the two cities I recently lived in, so the comparison is completely anecdotal but it confirms my feelings that Richmond is in fact, more policed than Denver relative to the population. #DefundRPD #AbolishThePolice
