GPT-4 can't do it, and apparently GPT-5 is a long way off, and unlikely to be a major improvement on 4. #diminishingreturns

Having said that, I echo @GeePawHill 's sentiment. There'll always be a market for crap software that *appears* to be cheaper

@adinardi I always wonder about a counterpoise sitting on the ground, what with lossy coupling to the earth.

It seems, if reasonable, that it would be better to elevate it, say, half a foot or so. But what does that do to the optimum wire length? And now directionality is a question. And what about the slippery slope of wanting to string out a more elaborate elevated ground plane of maybe three equally spaced radials?
