Today's random #Discogs choice Dorothy Ashby and Afro-Harping 2019 reissue. This is the kind of jazz I like. Easy to listen to. Feels like I should be in a cocktail bar. Utterly fabulous. Front to back, a great album.

For me, the best part of quilting is when all of the piecing is done. The sweet spot where I've completed the quilting and start finishing the binding: always by hand and always while listening to jazz.

This quilt ("Break the Rules") was finished to Dorothy Ashby's Afro-Harping album.

It was perfect.
