For those with an interest in dress codes & law, a case in the US is being submitted for consideration at the Supreme Court over school dress codes that may have larger ramifications.

The gist is that a school requires girls to wear skirts and boys to wear pants. So far so normal, and [apparently] legal.

Two student girls contend that the dress code discriminates against them because their skirts meant they were denied the same opportunities as boy students.
