Yes the picanha did turn out well. The weather was 17F, wind at 12mph and snow. But the pellet smoker and grill held up. It smoked for 90min at 250F until internal temp of 128F. Stood for 15 minutes and then seared for 3 min per side on a 500F grill. Nobody touched the chimichurri or horseradish cream sauce. #grilloutwiththechillout #picanha #drybrined #pelletgrill
