Current event. Getting ready to eat this, on back deck.

This is dried shrimp rice noodles, with Vietnamese pork sausage. Our homegrown cucumbers & Thai mint were added. Nuoc cham sauce poured over it all. I add chili paste atop & mix it all up before eating it all.
